Bryan Cadel teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other secular mindfulness practices to individuals and organizations that seek to improve well-being and effectiveness in work and life. Through his programs, participants learn to access and cultivate their own natural capacity to actively engage in caring for themselves and to find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.

He also offers mindfulness in one-on-one coaching.
His programs are a complement to traditional medical and psychological treatments in helping to care for a range of physical and emotional conditions.
Bryan is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher. He was trained and credentialed in MBSR at the University of Massachusetts Medical School's Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society. His training is also professionally credentialed by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. He has extensive silent retreat experience in the Buddhist tradition.
Bryan holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law, and he practiced law at major insurance companies for over 30 years. He began his meditation practice in 2004 and has been offering mindfulness programs since 2012. He currently lives in Boston, MA.
